Visualising perfection, from start to finish.

At CADDS Rendering, we’re all about delivering you superior visualisation services as seamlessly as possible. Our creative artists are here to transform your ideas into breathtaking digital masterpieces that offer a glimpse into the future. Simply tell us what you want and we’ll take it from there, all worked around your busy schedule.

Here’s what to expect when you engage our services.

1. Project Understanding + Quote

To ensure we fully understand what you’re looking for, we’ll first organise a chat with you via a phone call, meeting, or online form (whatever you prefer). By the end, we’ll be full bottle on your project, model format and the kind of visualisations you’re hoping for. This allows us to cover all your requirements in one fixed fee, which we then present to you in a quote.

Our expert team can work with most 3D model formats, including Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp and MicroStation. Only have 2D drawings? We can include a line item in our fee proposal to model your DWG files into 3D as well.

Once you give the green light, we’ll discuss deposit payments and project lead and completion timeframe expectations with you.

2. Preliminary Images

The magic begins once we export your model into our rendering program. We clean the model mesh, produce clay renders to get camera angles right, work on material textures and colours within the views, then add lighting and appropriate furniture and landscaping. Once we have this all set up, we’ll send you preliminary views of the images you’ve requested.

3. Discussion + Adjustments

While the preliminary images won’t be 100% polished renders, now’s the time to let us know about any adjustments you’d like made, be it to camera angles, materials, colour schemes, furniture or landscaping. Again, we can discuss this in whatever way works best for you. From there, we’ll make the amendments we’ve discussed, and finalise the model.

4. Render + Final Issue

In the final stage of rendering, we process the preliminary images through a higher resolution rendering engine before adding final touches in our post-production program. We’ll then issue you high and low resolution JPEG images of every render. And that’s it – mission accomplished. We hope to see you again soon for your next project!
